What is the Black Hills Colorado Commercial and Industrial portal?
The Black Hills Energy Colorado Commercial and Industrial Solutions Portal is an online place to submit energy efficiency improvements to a qualified commercial account. More information is available here.
Who is eligible for rebates?
Black Hills Energy Colorado commercial customers are eligible to receive rebates on qualified products. The Black Hills Energy Commercial Rebate Program is available for medium to large commercial and industrial customers who have an active Black Hills Energy Colorado electric account. A customer is defined by a single Tax ID number. Multiple locations of one organization are thereby considered a single customer, regardless of how many Black Hills Energy account numbers they may have. For a specific facility to be eligible for financial incentives in the program, its electric meter number or specified account number (noted on the electric bill) must be provided in order to verify electric service provided by Black Hills Energy Colorado. How are the rebates processed?
The customer will have their eligibility verified prior to the rebate submission process. Once rebate applications are approved, customers will receive notice of the approval and any next steps to receive the rebate payment.
Why is my address not populating?
If your address does not auto-populate in the dropdown, continue to type your address, including suite and city, until the full address appears. Click on the correct address and it will populate the form. If more help is needed, contact our team at [email protected] or by calling 719-309-0255.
Are there limits to the number of submissions?
There isn't a quantity limit. Instead, the incentives are capped at 50% of the incremental project cost.
Can multiple submissions for rebates be placed?
A qualified commercial customer may submit requests for incentives as long as the quantity does not exceed program guidelines. Note: There are program limits on the total number of items which can receive a rebate.
How can I view and print my online submission?
You can view your order information in the order confirmation email or in My Dashboard > My Orders.
How do I track my submission?
Tracking the details of a submission can be done via My Dashboard. Navigate to My Dashboard > My Orders.
